Marquise is very customer oriented. He was very attentive to my concerns. He provided helpful tips to mitigate the problem I was having in my garage. I appreciate him assisting me, because I was very nervous and sometimes afraid to go in my garage.

Alex was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of information regarding a pest situation I had. He was able to put some traps out, and let me know the timeline for when he will be back out to check the traps, and what potential next steps are. He was timely and very professional!

Ben is extremely attentive, he starts by taking the time to talk with us and ensure all concerns are met or exceeded. He communicates upon arrival, during, and after service and does not leave until we are satisfied. Also, very informative! We have asked Ben to be our “Bug Guy” each visit for consistency! We sure appreciate Ben!

Thanks to Marquise, I'm feeling better about my new home! I've literally crossed paths with so many wolf spiders that any time I saw something out of the corner of my eye I would jump 🥴 He came by, treated the inside and outside and explained everything! He had such a great attitude and a great singing voice! I definitely appreciate his work!

Marquise was very cordial and flexible while servicing our house. I had forgotten about the appointment and was unable to speak with him other than yelling from my office. My daughter answered the door and was met with kindness and understanding from Marquise. We have been using Proof Pest control since moving into our home in 2023. All good things - nothing but lack of bugs and rodents and good customer service in peerson and the couple of times I have called.
