Always a delight to visit, whether it’s a casual night with friends or on a groovy jazz night. The best espresso martini I’ve ever had, immaculate vibes with a great atmosphere, and good music. A hidden gem!! 💗

Best cocktail bar! They truly care about balance and flavor. Presentation and vibes are perfect for a casual night out with friends. Not too much noise, so you can have wonderful conversations with friends. I will come here again and again!

I had an incredible first-time experience at Proof & Press after a long day at work. The lounge had a well balance music taste, drinks and ambiance, also to my delight, it was Jazz night—one of my favorite genres. The highlight of the evening was the exceptional service from bartender Paulina. She was not only welcoming and attentive but also impressively knowledgeable, offering spot-on drink recommendations that elevated the whole experience. Her hospitality and vibe truly made the night memorable. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had such a delightful experience at Proof & Press! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a great drink. What truly made the evening special was my bartender, Paulina. She went above and beyond to help me find a drink that perfectly matched my taste. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her friendly, genuine personality made the experience 100x better. You can really tell she cares about what she does and takes pride in creating an enjoyable experience for every guest. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the incredible drinks, but for the amazing service and overall vibe. Been meaning to write this for a while. Ive had drinks here 3 separate times, they've been delicious each time. Ive tried new drinks each time ive come, and I havent been disappointed. I've been served by both Adriana and Brianna, if theyre behind the bar I assure you that youre in good hands. 12/10 would recommend coming in for a drink
