I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. A new listing went up on a Friday, and I immediately reached out—both via message and phone call—but didn’t receive a response until Monday. When I finally spoke with the agent, he told me he didn’t want to show the property that day because he had already been driving around. I confirmed no one had seen it yet and agreed to view it the following day, as I was told I could not apply without seeing it in person. When I showed up for the scheduled viewing on Tuesday, the agent casually informed me the property had already been rented—to someone who hadn’t even viewed it. He mentioned he had called the person with the appointment after mine to cancel, but didn’t bother to extend me the same courtesy. I had rearranged my work schedule for nothing. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was extremely frustrating. In hindsight, I’m relieved it didn’t work out—I would not have wanted to deal with this level of disorganization and disregard in the long term.

I visited Sunset Property Management and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. They were exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful in resolving all my concerns. I’m typically hesitant when dealing with management companies due to inconsistent customer service, but this experience completely reassured me. I highly recommend Sunset Property Management; they truly prioritize their clients' needs.

Sunset Property Management made our renting process seamless and straightforward from the beginning. They promptly took care of any needs we had, and Nate always responded within a few hours. Also, the tenant portal was very easy to use.

Sunset has been managing my rental property for a year now, and they’ve been incredibly reliable in taking care of my tenants. I no longer have to worry about rent collection, monthly payments, or coordinating lease renewals. Trusting someone else to manage your property can feel daunting, but from my very first phone call with them, I could tell this was a company that genuinely cares and knows how to run a business. I’d highly recommend them!
