I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. A new listing went up on a Friday, and I immediately reached out—both via message and phone call—but didn’t receive a response until Monday. When I finally spoke with the agent, he told me he didn’t want to show the property that day because he had already been driving around. I confirmed no one had seen it yet and agreed to view it the following day, as I was told I could not apply without seeing it in person. When I showed up for the scheduled viewing on Tuesday, the agent casually informed me the property had already been rented—to someone who hadn’t even viewed it. He mentioned he had called the person with the appointment after mine to cancel, but didn’t bother to extend me the same courtesy. I had rearranged my work schedule for nothing. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was extremely frustrating. In hindsight, I’m relieved it didn’t work out—I would not have wanted to deal with this level of disorganization and disregard in the long term.
