If you need LITERALLY any kind of body work done on your car, THIS is the place! Nour and team are amazing. Detailed experience below: I was driving to Dallas when a piece of debris flew from another vehicle and hit my bumper. It took out the fog light, lamp housing and some sensors. After coming back to Austin, I went to 7 different body shops to get an idea of the repair, the time it’ll take and the costs involved. I literally stumbled across Protech in between appointments and I thank my stars for that. I discussed the kind of repair I wanted and Nour discussed all options with me in detail along with time/costs involved. Drop off was easy, turn around time was quick, pick up was incredibly smooth and the shop kept me updated throughout the process. All of these things you would expect from a good business. What sets Protech apart is the absolutely amazing quality of work. My car literally came out looking better than it was pre-collision. The attention to detail is par excellent and everyone at the shop is super approachable. These people will work on your car like it’s their own and that’s incredibly rare to find. My jaw literally dropped when I picked up my vehicle today! This isn’t the kind of business I’d wish anyone keeps coming back to (you’re here if you’ve had something bad happen) but when something bad does happen, this is where you want to be. I say that because I tried 6 other places before landing here. All of the above are my own words.
