If you need LITERALLY any kind of body work done on your car, THIS is the place! Nour and team are amazing. Detailed experience below: I was driving to Dallas when a piece of debris flew from another vehicle and hit my bumper. It took out the fog light, lamp housing and some sensors. After coming back to Austin, I went to 7 different body shops to get an idea of the repair, the time it’ll take and the costs involved. I literally stumbled across Protech in between appointments and I thank my stars for that. I discussed the kind of repair I wanted and Nour discussed all options with me in detail along with time/costs involved. Drop off was easy, turn around time was quick, pick up was incredibly smooth and the shop kept me updated throughout the process. All of these things you would expect from a good business. What sets Protech apart is the absolutely amazing quality of work. My car literally came out looking better than it was pre-collision. The attention to detail is par excellent and everyone at the shop is super approachable. These people will work on your car like it’s their own and that’s incredibly rare to find. My jaw literally dropped when I picked up my vehicle today! This isn’t the kind of business I’d wish anyone keeps coming back to (you’re here if you’ve had something bad happen) but when something bad does happen, this is where you want to be. I say that because I tried 6 other places before landing here. All of the above are my own words. None of this is AI, it would’ve been easy to ask GPT to spit out a well written review but I really wanted this review to just be how I feel. You can’t go wrong with these guys! Aside from being a part of this awesome team, the guys took in my 2004 BMW E46 and handled all of the upgrades I wanted with care. -The team replaced the rear bumper with an Aftermarket Fiber Glass bumper which needed tons of modifications. -They replaced the front bumper with the M3 style bumper which also needed tons of modifications and patience ! -They sent off my rims for an awesome custom job and replaced all rusted wheel rotors and calipers I’m beyond happy with the work done on my car and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

ProTech Body Shop was exceptional from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Nour, who kept me updated every step of the way and has an incredible eye for detail, and to Nayeli for her consistently great service. I always felt like my best interest came first. I originally found them through their reviews, and while I was unlucky to need their services twice in quick succession, both repairs came out pristine and right on budget. Their team is truly something special. Highly recommend.

Protech Body Shop did a fantastic job repairing my 2008 Lexus LS 460, both the front and rear damage on my car. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel right at home—everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
