Luke and Tommy did an excellent job putting our gutters back on today. They were on time, professional, friendly and informative. Had an overall excellent experience with Proximity Plumbing. From the initial site visit, William and Scott from were very polite and informative in discussing the repair options for our leaking shower base. James then did an excellent job re-sealing the base of our shower and leaving it spotless!

Proximity are great. I have used them a couple of times now and have been really impressed with their customer service. They're really communicative and make every effort to get your issue sorted as soon as they can, even during the busy xmas period. Recently, I've had Billy, Luca, and Tommy in to do some repairs. They all did a good job and were in and out pretty quick.

I had a great experience with Proximity Plumbing. I spoke with Sadie over the phone and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Sadie was friendly, patient, and very helpful, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company where you feel valued and not rushed.
