Marco and his team helped me install a new stormwater pit and strip drain in my patio area after my existing drainage setup started failing. He also installed a new Rinnai hot water system. Marco is a very capable plumber who clearly knows his trade — he gets the job done efficiently and to a high standard of quality. I was extremely impressed with his workmanship and service. Marco went above and beyond — he even clipped a loose water pipe in my roof cavity and replaced a leaking tap without me asking. That kind of initiative really shows the pride he takes in his work and the kind of person he is. I had a toilet blockage thanks to some wet wipes and Marco came onsite within a few hours to blast it out and inspect our waste pipes with a camera. He thoroughly checked the pipes to ensure we were 100% clear of blockages and spent the time to explain where the issue is so that we can address the problem in future.
