This place is the best!! I live in Little Rock, Arkansas, and I call them every year to send flowers to my aunt in Arlington. They are always so kind and helpful with whatever special request I may have. Today I called and ask if I could text them a picture of an arrangement and without hesitation, they said no problem. I want to thank Heather for the amazing arrangement that she made . My aunt went on and on and on about how stunning it was. I highly recommend this place and the amazing staff that worked there.

In July, I worked with Pugh’s Flowers to arrange flowers for a funeral, and I want to express how grateful I am for their care and professionalism. From the very beginning, Cindy and the staff were incredibly kind and understanding, listening attentively to my requests and guiding me in selecting a beautiful arrangement that was fitting for the occasion. Their genuine compassion made a difficult time a bit easier, and their attention to detail was clear in the final floral display, which was elegant and heartfelt. I worked with Olivia today who works at their Whitten location. She was a huge help in resolving an issue. I had purchased a flower arrangement for our 30th wedding anniversary for my wife. The arrangement was subpar- a few of the roses and calla lilies edges were browning. I told her the situation and sent her pics of the arrangement. Without hesitation she offered to replace the arrangement. She personally inspected the new arrangement and sent me a picture. The replacement arrangement was gorgeous! I am giving them 5 stars because of Olivia's incredible helpfulness in resolving the situation and turning us into satisfied customers.

Love Unlimited left us completely high and dry! I was worried we wouldn't have our corsages in time for our prom that's literally tomorrow, but we stopped by Pughs, and they had corsages for us within the hour! We got to customize the ribbons and rose colors with an employee so helpful, sweet, and funny that really put me at ease. I wanted to marry her. They even added extra little details of colorful coils that we didn't expect! Pugh's was our last resort, but they should've been our first because they went above and beyond! Thank you Allison and Anna! I'm so happy with them!

I am really glad I ordered from Pugh's for Valentine's this year! I had ordered the standard-sized Charmed in Love arrangement for my wife and scheduled them to be delivered to her work the Friday before Valentine's. However, the ice storms knocked out power at her office that morning, and I was able to call Pugh's and get them redirected to our home across town not just the same day but they even arrived in the morning. That's just fantastic service. And my wife loved the flowers!
