Luke truly couldn’t have been more kind, helpful or fair when helping my fiancé and I build my custom engagement ring. He was wonderfully patient as we learned about all the diamond grading criteria, which was refreshing after our experiences at quite a few other jewelers. We are both very particular, and Luke couldn’t have built a more phenomenal ring for me according to my specifications. He graciously allowed us to compare multiple diamonds, took meticulous notes, and kept us updated every step of the way. I cannot recommend Luke & Eliseo more if you’re looking for the highest quality and fairest price. Rare you find both! — They’re also great at repairing watches, and even helped me turn a necklace of my dad’s into two bracelets for my sister and I. I am so grateful to have such talented jewelers I can trust and depend on.
He fixed two watches for me on the spot and it was so much less than I expected to pay! Very qualified jewelry repair and sales.
We had a good experience at Pulido's. He gave us some good recommendations on selling some jewelry. Later we went back and had him treat a pendant to change it from Gold to White Gold. I believe they coat it in a Rhodium plating. This can wear off over time, all of which he explained well. But the cost was pretty low. He did an excellent job on the pendant. I would highly recommend him.
Pulido’s to the rescue!!! My engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) was too dainty and the prongs too thin, my stone kept falling out of the prongs, then one fateful day the setting finally completely broke. Thanks to a client recommendation, I went straight to Pulido’s! They were able to reset my stone on a new band, change it to a bezel setting, and soldered my wedding band to it! These guys are awesome, very genuine, and invested in making my ring exactly how I wanted it. I never felt pressured to add anything extra and felt the price for their work was extremely fair! I can’t wait to go back for any future sparkly needs!
The Pulido’s sourced this awesome Gruen chronograph for me. I told Luke what I was looking for and he delivered. I love it! The service was excellent, as always. Pulido's Jewelry came through again and set me up with a Tissot chronograph. What makes Pulido's the best is the customer service they provide after the purchase - they won't rest until you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
