She made me feel valued as a customer and took the time to help me find the perfect watch. What I really appreciated was that she encouraged me to wait for the watch I truly wanted and provided honest guidance, which made the decision-making process so much easier. The wait time was very reasonable, and the entire team was friendly and attentive. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. We had the most fantastic experience at Bachendorf's last night!! My husband and I took our son shopping for a college graduation gift. We wanted our son to choose a watch, whatever one he desired. What was immediately clear is that Mr. Wayne Crutchfield is EXCEPTIONALLY knowledgeable about the product line. He is personality plus, very personable, warm, friendly, courteous... just everything you would hope for as a first time buyer of something of this magnitude. We could not have been happier with the help, his presentation and again his wealth of knowledge and expertise. Thank you SO MUCH, Wayne! We will always remember this experience with gratitude.
I recently bought a Rolex Explorer II and had the pleasure of working with Wayne. He was awesome — super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
