My wife and I visited the Clearfork location this past weekend while we were in town and left more than satisfied. Matt took great care of us, as we looked at a variety of different watches and offerings. Left with a great new time piece and looking forward to getting my next piece through them as well

Working with Greg at Bachendorf’s has truly been an exceptional experience. From our very first visit, Greg has treated my fiancée and me with nothing but respect, patience, and professionalism throughout the entire shopping experience. He consistently takes the time to understand what we’re looking for and thoughtfully walks us through the details and intricacies of each piece without ever making us feel rushed. He makes every visit to Bachendorf’s welcoming and enjoyable. Over time, that consistency and genuine care built a level of trust that made each interaction something we genuinely looked forward to. His care and attention made purchasing my wedding watch even more meaningful, as it was shared with someone we truly trust. Greg represents the brand with class and integrity, and it is always a pleasure for my fiancée and me to walk into Bachendorf’s. He has absolutely earned customers for life

Wayne Crutchfield went above and beyond in customer service for me when I purchased a Rolex. He kept me informed about the availability of the watch that I wanted. Wayne is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was a wonderful experience from my "first peek" to walking out with my beautiful watch!!! I will shop there again and ask for Wayne.

BE AWARE If you have an antique watch DO NOT take it to Bachendorf’s. After asking Wayne and his assistant to keep it as original as possible. Thousands of dollars later in fees for new parts which did not needed except one and devalued. Plus you don’t get original parts back. That was my first and last visit.
