The store is boiling and fitting rooms are upstairs to make matters worse. The staff look at me like I’m crazy and are very unwelcoming save for a few working on the floor. Self checkouts are confusing and you can only go to an actual person if it’s for a return
Pull and Bear Store it self looks amazing, whole interior just wood and stainless steel, a piece of class, 🛍️ The clothes are mostly great quality and super affordable 💸. A few fabrics aren’t too skin-friendly (just my opinion 😅), so check them out yourself, guys 👀. But there’s a bunch of cool options for my GF 👗 and me 👕. The self-checkout is super smooth ✅ and makes payment easy 💳. Overall, solid 4⭐ — totally worth it! 🌟
The staff were very kind and helpful, the prices are great, and the clothes are beautiful. I really enjoyed shopping here and will definitely come back again!
I visited Pull and Bear on the 29/11/2024 and I had an experience that genuinely made me so angry and upset. A woman (clearly distressed and overstimulated) was sat down outside the fitting room on a waiting for what I assume to be her daughter/granddaughter/niece. She was red and looked like she was about to faint and had taken a seat to try and regain control over her breathing as she was panting. The lady on the fitting room control then continued to say “You need to leave you cannot sit there” and the woman frantically apologised saying “I’m so sorry I’ll leave now I’m sorry” and got up and left and the lady on the fitting room control then shook her head as the woman walked away looking as if she was about to faint. I found this extremely rude and unfair as the woman had clearly been there to help the relative and take a short break while they were trying on clothes and there was not even a second of remorse for this woman. Still upsets me to this day thinking about it. Do better Pull and Bear!!
I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction with the experience I encountered at the Belfast store today. This marked my inaugural visit to this establishment, and regrettably, it shall be my last, owing to the exceptionally poor standard of customer service that was afforded to me. Upon entering the store, I selected three items to try on in the changing rooms, accompanied by my mother. To our dismay, an employee named Pauli Vazquez, with a lamentable lack of courtesy, instructed my mother to vacate the changing room area, citing its use as a fire escape. While understanding the necessity of adhering to safety regulations, the delivery of this directive was marred by a notable absence of politeness, with the employee suggesting, rather unsubtly, that my mother was an inconvenience. Despite my attempt to overlook this discourtesy with a nervous chuckle, the situation escalated further. The aforementioned employee, Pauli, engaged in a derogatory conversation about me with a colleague while I was within the confines of the changing rooms. Upon addressing her concerning this unprofessional conduct, I was met with raised voices and a profound lack of hospitality, leaving me feeling distinctly unwelcome. The reprehensible behaviour did not go unnoticed by other customers, including my mother, who were equally appalled by the situation. Expressing our intent to report the incident to management, we were disheartened to find that Pauli had apparently pre-emptively provided her version of events to the individual behind the cashier desk in a language (presumably Spanish) not understood by others. Subsequent communication with this employee at the cashier desk, who identified herself as the manager, revealed a striking absence of apology or accountability. Throughout our discussion, she maintained a disconcerting smirk, seemingly indifferent to the gravity of the situation, and eventually directed us to an email address for customer services. The overall customer service experience, characterised by the lack of remorse and professionalism, was profoundly disappointing. I am dismayed by the indifference displayed and find this incident wholly unsatisfactory.
