My first time taking a Lagree class and was blown away how effective this type of workout. Our instructor Joy was great with explaining and correcting posture to ensure every exercise is being done correctly. The low impact exercises were very beneficial since I have a bad knee. Highly recommend anyone to try and take on the challenge.
First time doing Lagree and it was great. I work out in the gym mostly weight lifting and this was a real change of pace and a great challenge. My legs were shaking almost the whole time. Huge dopamine hit - highly recommend. 10/10 would take the pain again.
