I wish I could give Lyndal 100 stars. She is such great support and has been helping my puppy with separation anxiety. Her approach is evidence based, compassionate and she is so generous with her time and knowledge.
Lyndal has been incredible in helping my dog TJ with his anxiety. From the very beginning, she brought so much care, knowledge, and patience, not just for TJ, but for me as well. I’ve learned so much from her about how to support him, and the difference it’s made in our day-to-day life is huge. Thanks to Lyndal’s guidance, TJ is now able to handle vet visits calmly, which felt impossible not long ago. It’s been such a relief to see him improve and feel more confident, and I know we couldn’t have done it without Lyndal’s support. I’m so grateful for everything Lyndal has done and truly look forward to working with her again in the future. Highly recommend her to anyone needing help with their pup’s behaviour or anxiety, she’s amazing!
Lyndal is the snack leader! There are many words to describe how incredible Lyndal is, but I would be here all day. She is deeply compassionate and caring towards both dog guardians and dogs alike. Her knowledge of behaviour and training is impeccable and honestly like magic to watch her brain working... it just clicks! She notices so many nuances in behaviour that so many would not see. This is often integral to achieving success/answers with your pup, especially if it is a complex behavioural case. Lyndal's classes and private consultations are the best in Canberra. The holistic approach, working with appropriate professionals (behaviour vet, GP vet, other trainers, specialists, nutritionists, etc.) and also the guardian to find what best works for them is unrivalled. Genuine care and a listening ear is always provided. If an option isn't working, she will find another approach that works for you and your best friend. I have learnt so much from Lyndal, both relating to dogs, but also people and life. She helped us when our struggles felt insurmountable. I thought all was lost with my dog Ginny and felt others had given up on us, but Lyndal was amazing and incredibly supportive. If you're looking for someone who does positive reinforcement dog (and people) training amazingly, look no further. Keep doing what you're doing and being who you are! Yes/X/Dog/Bingo: Here's a review and 5 massive gold stars (they don't allow me to add any more... but I would if I could!).
Lyndal is incredibly knowledgeable about dog behaviour and training. She is endlessly kind and compassionate and if you have a pup with separation issues you couldn't find anyone more qualified to assist and support you!
We took our cavoodle pup Loulou to PuppyKins last Feb/March when she was around 4 months old. Lyndal's training sessions were great. We kept up the training after she "graduated" and happy to say Loulou is now a well adjusted, well trained and sociable dog, that we can take out and about almost anywhere. If you are querying why you would need to train your pup to put it's head through a hoop (that was part of our training sessions) - do persevere. I hadn't realised some dogs were so averse to putting their harness on.
