My sister booked a private class to kick off my hens party. I was so pleased with the whole experience! The instructor delivered a custom class based on how we were all feeling on the day and was so excellent at making small corrections that really ramped up the quality of the workout. I especially appreciated the deep core workout as I’m four months postnatal. Beautiful studio and appreciate the effort she went to to curate the playlist to my music preferences. Would highly recommend!

Came to Wild Explore guided by Han. It was wonderful. The space was really calming with the terracotta roof and hanging plants. Well stocked equipment and reusable cloths for cleaning mats and gear. Explore was quite dynamic and well paced. Highly recommend this place!

Wild Studio offers a beautiful and inviting space to practice yoga (and pilates!). The studio is warm and welcoming, with a large open space that still feels cozy (love all the plants!). The studio offers a lovely variety of classes from vinyasa flows, to more gentle sequences, and yin. The teachers are compassionate and genuine, offering inclusive guidance for self-exploration in asana practice. In addition to the classes, the studio occasionally offers retreats and other events. After taking classes for a couple weeks, I joined a weekend retreat and felt so welcomed into this community! I highly recommend Wild for anyone looking to start or continue their yoga journey!
