I liked Pure Barre for a good workout. Always left feeling great, and all the instructors here are really helpful! However, they have bad communication as a company. I was told when I signed up if I didn’t use all my credits in one month they would transfer over to the next month, that turned out to be false. I tried canceling after moving and they told me I have to give a 30 days notice before cancelling…it’s not a job why do I need to give them 30 days notice for me to quit? And they’re billing me for another month since they didn’t get “notice”. They also have roaches.

I love this place! If you're looking to challenge your body and push yourself, this is it. I mean this in the best way: from the first day I tried it to a few years later, it's still hard. 11/10 would highly recommend! I was intimidated the first few times I came here, but the staff and community of women are so sweet and encouraging. I was so self-conscious until I realized no one is looking at you, everyone is really just focusing on the movements and not judging or worrying about anyone else. It really feels like a safe place to work out no matter what fitness level you're at!
