I was in town for the weekend and scheduled a 1:1 with Laura. I’m SO glad I did! Laura led me through a very challenging reformer workout with advanced movements. The studio is bright, clean and full of new equipment. Laura is excellent: an experienced and thorough instructor that will lead you through an amazing workout. This will be my go-to when I’m in Houston in the future.
I found this incredible spot after moving to Houston from Canada 3 months ago. It gets 5/5 every time I go! The studios are clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, professional, and will always go the extra mile to help you do the Pilates poses correctly. All the staff are well-trained and you get honest-to-goodness Pilates workouts here (ie., you can work up a good sweat!). The equipment always works and is kept clean and tidy. The booking app is easy to use. You can do classes on reformer, chair, mat, springboard and TRX (I think there are other options too). You will LOVE Pure Body Studio. Your athletic abilities will grow under their care. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Go. Today. You will get stronger and feel so good about taking care of yourself with/through Pilates at Pure Body. Enjoy!
I used Laura for a private pilates session and she was fantastic! Approachable, motivating and invested in my workout. My favorite thing about Laura was that she made little corrections throughout the hour that made a huge difference and really kept me in perfect alignment. I couldn’t believe how energized I felt after our session and the next day! The studio is clean, friendly and bright. Highly recommend Pure Body if you are looking for your new favorite Pilates studio!

As a pro athlete/fighter with bunch of body injuries, I literally felt the difference and absolutely next level of full-body workout and exercising. Specially focusing on all the little bitty and neglected muscles in my body. I had a great experience in this place. It was actually my first Pilates session ever with maybe one of the best instructors in the business Mrs. Javiera. What an amazing, knowledgeable and professional instructor.
