I’ve been a member for just over a year now, and my trainer Gene has completely transformed my fitness journey with his personalized attention and genuine investment in my progress. The staff greets you by name and remembers details about your goals, creating a community feel that makes you actually look forward to showing up. I can’t say enough good things about Sigma and especially Andy! From day one, she made me feel welcome and supported. She really knows how to push you while keeping things fun and positive. I’ve been attending small group training sessions at Sigma for a year now, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. My trainer, Emily Garza, continues to challenge me in ways I never thought possible, all while maintaining a positive, encouraging spirit. Over time, I met so many wonderful people at Sigma, and I’m consistently impressed by how knowledgeable and approachable all the trainers are. Recently, I’ve also begun incorporating Pilates classes into my routine, and I truly enjoy the balance it brings when combined with weight training.
Sigma Performance is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! The facility is spotless, well-equipped, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. But the real star here is Keith. He’s the absolute best trainer. He genuinely cares about your progress, takes the time to understand your goals, and pushes you to be your best without ever making you feel intimidated. His workouts are challenging but fun, and his knowledge of fitness and proper form is unmatched. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Keith knows exactly how to tailor your training so you see results.
Wonderful trainers that are knowledgeable and truly want to see you achieve your goals. Keith and Emily have challenged and encouraged me to stay consistent which I imagine has not been easy. I started weight training in my 40’s which is a tough place to start but having an entire gym rooting for your success is priceless. Thank you to Keith, Emily, Carlos, Mirna and the entire Sigma crew who have become like a second family.
