Pure Moving Company San Jose Movers Local & Long distance

Wouldnt recommend this company. Recently used their moving service for a 1b with a den (1028 SQ FT) to a new unit in the same community. The distance between 2 units is about 80 meters. No trucks are needed as the move is within the same community. The community has elevators. 1. Showed up late by 20 minutes. That gave a small hint on their professionalism. 2. Walked all over the new house with their shoes and promised to clean at the end but they just left without cleaning. Didnt even have the basic professionalism to bring a shoe cover. I should've terminated it here. 3. Slow service. The total service time was 7.45 hours for moving straight from my old unit to a new unit. There is no truck loading or unloading. Comparing this to my previous move took 5 hours including a 30 minute commute and truck loading and unloading. 4. Damaged furniture, as it can be seen in the picture. 5. After all this, they have the audacity to mentions tips. Again, that shows tbe professionalism. Anyways, I felt a bit bad as they looked visibly tired and ended up giving a 8ish percent. I didnt know the furniture was broken at this point, if not i wouldnt have given that either.

Hands down the best movers out there - couldn’t ask for more. Zhenya, Rai and Neil were extremely professional, efficient and careful with our things. They made a big move so much easier - box packing, furniture disassembly, carefully padding furniture, hauling everything down stairs and then move into a storage unit. Will be calling them again next time I move.

We hired Pure Moving Company to help pack up our SF apartment and move across town to our new place. Paul, Iliya, Ivan, Sam, and Nail did a phenomenal job with furniture disassembly/reassembly, careful maneuvering of furniture up stairwells, packing of small items, and all with the utmost professionalism and skill. We even forgot to mention we had 4 bikes to move in the pre-move checklist, and they were able to accommodate us. I would highly recommend working with Pure Moving for moves of any size, and plan on using their services again should we need to move once more.

I had an amazing experience with Pure Moving Company! My movers, Zhenya and Ray, were absolutely outstanding — professional, efficient, and so careful with all of my belongings. They showed up right on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made what could’ve been a stressful day feel easy and organized. Both of them had such great attitudes and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother move. I highly recommend Pure Moving Company — and if you can, ask for Zhenya and Ray!

It was like having our friends move us in. From the minute they came in, we knew they had things under control. We had done some planning and prep ourselves but with their help, everything went absolutely seamlessly. All of our furniture was packed up with care and very secure. Nothing was broken. All the heavy lifting was taken care of and they made sure our furniture was put back together the same way. Not tossed in the new place and hope for the best. We were moving for 9 hours and it went by so quickly because they were amazing to work with. Highly recommend using Pure. This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had.
