So lovely and relaxing being able to use the steam room the hot tub , shower the locker room. It’s just lovely. The service is exceptional. I received the body scrub and wrap. Soothing, I highly recommend it

Great experience at Pure Spa today! Stephenie was AMAZING! Super relaxing! I will definitely be back. I have been a client for the past 18 years! This is one of my favorite spas in Dallas!

Excellent services! Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Flew from out of state to celebrate my mom for her birthday. We spent most of the day getting pampered, starting with a soak, then full body massage, body scrub (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), facial, mani/Pedi, and a hair treatment/blow out. Very relaxing and welcoming environment. Definitely recommend coming early to soak, bring your swim suit.

I really wanna like this place but today is definitely the last time I will give it a chance. It has a great set up with a relaxation area as well as many offerings. Every time I go, it’s just not that good of an experience. It’s been over a year since I’ve been there because the last time I went for a 60 minute facial it was only 37 minutes long. I decided to give it a go again and with a different therapist and booked a 60 minute facial service again. She came into the room 10 minutes after the hour and ended the session 10 minutes early. The facial was only 40 minutes long and once again, 1/3 of the service never happened. I think this is just how they operate. There are so many other spas in the Dallas area that have a way more updated ambience, positive staff and fulfill the service in its entirety.

Booked for my birthday yesterday. From the time I walked in to check in then leaving to check out, nothing but professionalism and an outstanding experience. They guide you to everything. The main water house area is amazing. Leona did my massage and Thuy did my pedicure, absolutely loved it they did a wonderful job. Please try this spa you wont be disappointed!
