They haven't been able to fix the soap dispenser for two months now. What's the manager doing? Nothing! Thank you for supplying bottled soap; that didn't happen the first few days after it broke. They haven't fixed it for two months now. That's all you need to know about respect for your customers. Pure Gym is a disgrace!

The best PureGym in Edinburgh I’ve been to. The only one I haven’t been to is QMile. Always seems the cleanest, and similarly has the associated sprays and blue roll topped up. Which by example, has more people cleaning up after themselves. Has staff visible when they are meant to be there. Who are readily willing to engage as well, even if it’s just “hello”. Also, are seen about the floor coaching/sorting things, than just idly chatting at the podium ignoring people. The flow of the gym works as well. Which means, that although it’s over two floors, it’s very rarely you need to go up and down constantly. Unlike other venues I’ve been in. All-round, the place is my favourite. And while it can be busy at peak times. It’s never too busy, or doesn’t have an alternative piece of equipment I can use, to get the job done.

Great gym! The equipment is modern, clean and it’s a great atmosphere to work out in. Staff are brilliant, approachable and knowledgeable. It can get busy at peak times but there’s still plenty of equipment around to adjust the workout slightly if need be. Highly recommend.

Over the years I've tried a few different gym's but feel this one is home for me. Staff are all very welcoming and supportive. I've not felt comfortable to approach staff in other gym's but feel the staff here are excellent and very knowledgeable. A nod to how clean the gym is too ita something that is often missed elsewhere. I've always been self conscious of my legs but as you'll see from the pic I managed to developed these fine puppies. Love this gym. So friendly and handy with a carpark. I go 3x a week. My personal trainer is Des Cole for weight training and I attend Mike Todd's classes for conditioning. I also do a yoga class which helps my mobility. The instructors are outstanding and I always have a laugh!
