Very happy to re-visit this store with more stock options ((last time I visited there was barely any masks!!!)). The Lady who helped me was very kind and recommended some great products (I didn’t ask her name but she has a few face piercings). Very much looking forward to trying my new goodies! 😆

I appreciate the help that Catherine (?) gave to me tonight, she was very friendly and recommended products to me when I was unsure of what product to get for my specific issue. The atmosphere was very pleasant and a lot of items were in stock. Would definitely shop here again in the future!

Me and my sister came in a couple days ago and we have had an amazing experience here. The staff are great. Louie and Mina were so helpful and friendly with great customer service. Louie was helping my sister and Mina was helping me and they were very knowledgeable, patient and kind. As a beginner to Korean skincare they gave us great recommendations and advice for our skin goals . My personal experience with Mina was great. She has helped me a lot and we went through different products together and she was very compassionate with my skin concerns and troubles. Overall a great experience and I would definitely be going back.

Had the most amazing experience here yesterday. I came in completely clueless about any brands or what shades I wanted and all the staff were so wonderful and helpful. In particular, Louis was amazing!!! I tried the foundation cushion he recommended to me last night and it was perfect. He put so much effort into finding which products were right for me and was just super sweet and knowledgeable in general. :) Also got so many freebies

I had high hopes for this store but continuously have had sub par experiences. The stock fluctuates significantly. With some products never appearing back in the shop (it’s hard when you find a product you love but it goes permanently out of stock). The queuing system is not clear, resulting in people cutting each other while in line for the check out. Additionally, I was about to check out and the woman behind the till asked me to step over to make way for other customers (while I’m registering for the rewards program) to ignore me and not call me back. I wish a bit of loyalty was displayed, as I’m a repeat customer.
