Love it. I'm a major bookworm and spend over an hour in there and actually would have needed more time. They have many editions of the same books, some even signed. The staff is really friendly, but especially over christmas abit overworked. Some highlights are the restaurant at the top with a view, the harty potter corner including the lego statue and lovely curated corners honoring an author like Agatha Christie or also seasons like christmas.

What a fun shop this is! Floors of fabulous reads, great games, and thoughtful gifts. We came out with a British game, an old favorite game in unique packaging and a book. The best part was the staff helped find the book for a tiny friend who just turned one. I wanted a distinctly English book and they walked me over to the perfect sweet read. Can't wait to share it. Such great service. Fabulous experience!

Such a wonderful, magical place in the centre of London. A 6-story bookstore, with a restaurant and a café, places to sit and read, I could spend the full day there browsing books. It's absolutely magical, no other word to describe it.

Always a pleasure to enter and explore this bookshop. Waterstones Piccadilly spans multiple floors and is filled with incredible reads. Up on the top floor there’s a welcoming bar/restaurant called 5th View offering views over the city skyline. There are also cafés inside the store, one at mezzanine level and another on the lower ground floor, making it a great spot to settle in with a drink and a book.
