My session was supposed to be at 6:30PM. I was told by a man on the phone they would charge me $10 for the 30-minute, introductory/placement, which, per their website, is currently free. I didn’t say anything, I paid it. They sent multiple text messages asking me to confirm my session. I confirmed my session. They acknowledged my confirmation. I paid for my parking and arrived at 6:25pm. When I approached, nobody greeted me to check me in. I presented myself and tried to check in. I was told they would be with me shortly and have a seat. I waited the full length of what was supposed to be my session. My parking expired at 7:05. There was no one available at the desk — everyone was in a studio. So I couldn’t speak to anyone and left. It has now been an hour and ten minutes since I left and not a single person has called me, knowing I was already there and they told me to wait. Very disheartening and unprofessional as I’m a mom of an infant and I’m trying to make the time to get back into a hobby and searching for a professional setting to hone my craft. TLDR; my 30 minute session ended up being me waiting the entire 30 minutes for someone to be available. *edited to say* I called them over 30 minutes after I left to request my refund. The woman on the phone was the same person who told me to wait when I first arrived and then 15 minutes into what should’ve been my session. After asking for my refund, she asks if I paid for the intro. I said yes. She confirmed it was $10. Tells me they will be able to refund me (no shit). As far as an apology goes, at the end she said “sorry we had you wait so long.” Gee, thanks.

I couldn’t ask for a better music school/ My son playing the piano! His piano instructor is amazing and has a lot of patience! Very lovely staff, very professional..very high quality! I love the clean environment! Couldn’t had chosen better!

Aweome location and facility. Excellent customer service and high quality lessons from the instructors. The app feature is also great so I could keep up with my weekly progress. Definitely recommend this school!

This is a great music school you should consider! If you’re looking for Music classes on any instrument, PY Rock is the place! Great staff and great teachers! Customer service is the best! You’ll definitely have fun here!

I have been coming to PY Rock music school for around 5 years and it is the greatest school with the best teachers that are very patient with their students, a lot gets done in the time I spend with them. I went from not knowing any keys on either piano or guitar to learning many scales and chords. The teachers are truly wonderful and understanding, they also give their students a wonderful experience by creating concerts in which students play songs which were practiced beforehand in front of a large audience on a stage. It gives that “rockstar” feeling to students and is very exciting. Also when I miss classes they reschedule or make a video to cover up the sessions I miss. Thank you William, Max and Jesus, you 3 have been the greatest music teachers I have been able to work alongside with, and learn a lot about musical composition. I would highly recommend this school to anyone willing to spend time and effort to learn with the highly skilled and patient teachers that work in PY Rock Music School. Thank you very much.
