We just completed our home remodel with QA Builders in time for the holidays, and I’m extremely pleased with the results—from the functionality to the quality of the craftsmanship. I’d like to express my gratitude to Sal and his team for their hard work and dedication to our project. I had been searching for a general contractor to remodel my kitchen for several years. After encountering a few bad contractors, I was on the verge of giving up and even considering selling the house. Then I came across QA Builders, read their reviews, and—despite some apprehension—decided to give them a call. Sal came out to our home and met with my family. He took the time to listen and answered all of our questions, immediately putting our worries at ease. He was understanding, straightforward, and professional. After our first meeting, I knew I could trust Sal to bring my dream kitchen to life. We ended up knocking down the wall between the kitchen and living room to create a more open and inviting space, making the kitchen far more functional. We also converted our wood-burning fireplace into a beautiful gas fireplace and gave the entire house a facelift by installing new doors, windows, and flooring, creating a seamless transition throughout the home. What I appreciated most about working with Sal was the space and flexibility he gave me to design and create my vision. From the layout to selecting cabinets, appliances, and lighting, I was free to choose from any vendors if the ones he recommended didn’t have what I wanted. Sal was incredibly organized and responsive, making sure everyone—including me—was on the same page and on schedule. We even completed the remodel almost two weeks ahead of the original timeline.

I hired QA Builders to remodel my condo (new bathroom, new flooring and paint throughout, updated lighting, and a new fireplace surround), and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My project manager, Josh Sharon, was a pleasure to work with — organized, responsive, and always on top of things. He kept me updated every step of the way, and his team’s attention to detail was exceptional. The shower tile work required a lot of care and precision, and it turned out beautifully. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home — they even watered my plants during the project. The final result is gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend QA Builders to anyone planning a remodel. We worked with Sal and QA Builders on a remodel project covering our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, as well as some extra parts of the house. They provided a quote that worked with our budget and were able to begin work promptly. They were accommodating with the fact that we needed to stay in the house while the work was being done. Some changes came up and extra orders were needed to be made during the work and Sal and his team were helpful in making sure all the materials were acquired and coming back to make sure all the work was completed. We are happy with the results of the work.
