We had the best customer service experience EVER from the lovely Bianca at QBD Emporium. With my grand daughter looking for her new read .. along came Bianca to ask if she could help .. we explained what Zoe had read (10 years old) and which authors she particularly liked and asked if Bianca had any YA recommendations. She went into great detail on one particular book series …. Explaining the intricacies of the story … the characters and their complexity … how the story expands as you move through the books …. And all this time Zoe was completely captivated and determined that this was indeed her next read. So thank you to this young lady, your store manager should be very proud of your professionalism and your enthusiasm for your workplace …. And your literary knowledge and experience is 10/10.
