Another 10/10 groom. Timing, responsiveness, communication, updates, price. It's such a calm space for my pup. It's small, boutique feel: and they keep it that way with the amount of pups. My pup never leaves there stressed! They take very, very good care of her and I never worry about leaving her to get groomed!

This groomer refused to take my dog because she said he was matted. The dog was brushed the week before and all it takes is a bath conditioning a blow dry and then you cut the hair just like any other groomer has done up until now. Don’t waste your time with these people. They’re awful. This is just an excuse for them not to do their job!

I had a phenomenal experience with QC Canine Design today. I reached out by text message at 9:23am this morning and had an appointment scheduled for later today by 9:40am. My miniature schnauzer was extremely overdue for grooming and had severe matting. Sarah was kind and empathetic and assured me she could take care of it and get my dogs grooming back on track. Sarah took Wendell back and completed his grooming process in a little over two hours. Wendell came out looking like a new dog and I can already tell his self confidence is being restored. Thank you Sarah and QC Canine for helping us out of a rough patch and getting Wendell back to where he needs to be! I am so happy with the services received!

QC Canine Design are the only people we trust with our pup, Romy! They take such good care of him and he always looks like a stud! We went to a different groomer randomly last year due to a scheduling conflict and had the worst experience. We quickly realized how amazing QC Canine Design is and won’t do that again.
