1st they didn't tell us that its gender split for that bath house part so my husband I were by ourselves which isn't what we wanted to do. We wanted to actually spend time in the hot tubs and the baths together but no, he's on one side, I'm on the other plus we didn't know it was clothing optional. So my husband was thrilled to see all the dudes completely naked with their big bushes out Hanging out and nasty, so he wasn't too happy about that. Then, we did cbd 50 minute massage. Supposedly there was CBD in the lotion and the oils, but I doubt it anyway. My massage was mediocre at best. For a $200.50 minute massage never again and my husband's massage was okay, but she was way too strong. He said, medium, but it was really hard. So overall would never come back.I complained to the manager so did my husband and she basically just said, that's just the way it is. sorry We didn't tell you that it wasn't mixed Gender sorry that you know you weren't happy, but no like compensation in any way.So I will not be back. And I don't recommend
Had a great massage and day in the spa. Beautiful pools, loved the cold plunge and arctic room. Love that there was a shower in the steam room that was lovely and not something you see in a lot of spas. Great staff. Love that they had the red light mask and the lymph drainage boots.
The Qua Spa just reopened after major renovations by the end of October. I went with a day spa pass and had no treatment. I really enjoyed all the facilities, in particular the ice room and cold plunge, and also appreciated the calm background music and overall peaceful and calm ambience. All the attendants and the concierges delivered great service; they were attentive and friendly. My favorite Spa visit so far in Las Vegas. Highly recommend.
My visit to Qua Spa was the perfect mid-trip reset. I just did a 3 hour day pass, which was $140, and didn't get any services. Be advised that this is a gender-segregated, clothing optional environment. Personally, I appreciate this, because I hate wearing trunks in a hot tub or sauna. I'd say about half of the guys went naked in the tubs, half had trunks on, so do what makes you feel comfortable. A friend I made in the roman bath area got a massage and said it was a decent massage but felt it was too short for what he paid, as I had observed that he was gone for less than an hour. Alas, the attendants were very attentive indeed. I had the roman bath area to myself for a solid 15 minutes, which was amazing. While I was there, one of the attendants asked if he could get me some juice and I gladly took his offer. The roman bath area was my favorite; I took a nice cat nap on the heated tile loungers. I will certainly return to Qua on my next trip to Vegas, maybe even twice in one trip!
I visited the Qua spa this morning in a desire to spend a few relaxing hours before checking out of the hotel and travel home. The staff was nice and accommodating and I ended up switching from a day pass to a facial treatment once I realized they had availability within my tight schedule. The atmosphere overall was nice and all amenities were what you would expect from an established spa. The facial treatment however was lacking. It lasted about 45 min altogether and unfortunately I developed a very bad reaction to the products used. This was very noticable 10-15 min after the treatment and after a hot shower. I got some really red marks on my cheeks and they were getting worse by the minute. In all my prior experiences with facial treatments the technican would always test the stronger products on a small patch of skin near the ear. However, there was no testing done today and I got a terrible skin reaction as a result. I am really disappointed with this. Perhaps the massage services are better, but I wouldn't trust any of their skin treatments. I am mortified about this rash reaction and will likely need to visit my dermatologist as soon as I arrive home. The cost for this 45-min facial treatment was $265 plus some extra tip I've included before realizing the dire situation that my skin was in. I didn't even have the nerve to stop at the front desk to complain, that's how bad my skin looked.
