Jake came out right on time to take a look at some issues we were having with our heat pump. He quickly found the problem was with our old thermostat and recommended a replacement. He replaced the thermostat quickly and cleanly and showed us how to use it. It has so many advanced features yet is very easy to use! Jake was awesome - professional, knowledgable and just great to work with!
