10/10 for me. My daughter needed her band concert pants altered for upcoming concert. Her pants were a bit long and my husband found this place. Tang was super nice and sweet. Took her measurements and asked how my daughter how she wanted the pants. She cute off about 3.5inches off. Came in on a Monday and they were ready by Saturday which to me is pretty good turnaround. When we went for them, the pants were nice and pressed and fit my daughter very well. Overall for our needs the price was very reasonable. Will be recommending anyone here and for sure will be coming back 😊

I visited Queens Alterations this morning. I was met with kindness and was greeted at the door. I had a dress that needed to be altered that came too small. The seamstress looked at the dress and said, There’s no way I can let this out. So I replied, “Well, do you want me to try it on so you can see?” She replied yes. After trying it on, she said no, she couldn’t fix it; I at least needed 4 inches, and it wouldn’t be possible. So I put my clothes back on and asked her if it was possible to add fabric or to make it a lace-up back. She didn’t even try to take another look and see if there was anything she could do; she just shook her head and went to the back. I left disappointed but was able to find the small business “Perfect Fit,” and he was able to take fabric from the inside and give me 5 inches; no extra fabric was needed THE SAME DAY at a reasonable price. Now the dress fits perfectly. Would’ve been better if she told me it was outside of her expertise.

I've been coming here for years, she always takes care of me, and is very patient with customers , I've gotten many suits altered over the years and have established Queen's alteration as my only go-to place for alterations even when purchasing suits and they alter in store I much rather have Queen's alterations take care of me

Excellent customer service! I popped in on Saturday morning (a few minutes before they were even scheduled to open). I was needing a quick/small little sew job on the zipper of a dress that I was going to be wearing later that day. She was more than happy to help, completed the job within 15 minutes and didn't charge some absurd price. I will absolutely be back. Thank you!
