What a lovely and relaxing experience! Celebrated a double birthday with a friend today for lunchtime high tea. The decor and dishware were all so elegant. We got the half tea option, which seemed a bit small but it was actually just enough. The tea and food were both excellent, made with care and attention to detail, and the clotted cream was proper. Service was also excellent and they were accommodating to our food sensitivities (notified in advance). Highly recommended!

My partner and I went for our 2 year anniversary for the full menu. We got a warm welcome and we were showed to a table immediately. The savouries were amazing, we loved the ham and cheese croissant the best. The tea selection was good. We had a great time and the ambiance was on the spot. The scones were fresh and the sweets were good but simple.

I came for afternoon tea with a friend. Overall I thought it was good but not great. Pretty small selection of teas for a place that specializes in afternoon tea. The decor is a weird clash of pastel flowers and blood red and black Alice in Wonderland motifs. Scones were dry but clotted cream was nice. Everything felt like it lacked salt and flavour a touch. The desserts were disappointing, but the amount of items and sizes were otherwise good. I wouldn't recommend it when there are other better options but it was decent. Service was minimal but fine.

A Whimsical Wonderland of Flavour and Charm! From the moment I stepped into Queen of Hearts Tea House, I felt like I had wandered straight into a fairytale. The atmosphere is absolutely enchanting—vintage elegance meets whimsical charm, with cozy seating, delicate china, and thoughtful decor that truly makes you feel like royalty. The tea selection is phenomenal! Whether you’re a classic Earl Grey lover or craving something more adventurous like lavender or lime gelato, they’ve got something that will surprise and delight your taste buds. I tried the signature Earl Grey cream and paired with the freshly baked scones was pure magic. The staff are warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They genuinely care about your experience and are happy to guide you through the menu. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Whether you’re planning a quiet afternoon escape, a special date, or a whimsical tea party with friends, Queen of Hearts is the perfect spot. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly, highly recommend. 💕☕👑

Can't begin to explain how extravagant Queen of Hearts is. It was my first time going today and definitely not my last! Their menu selection is very unique and every item on it was top notch freshness. My favourites were (all, but here's a few) Savory- mini red pepper pinwheel and cucumber/cream cheese bread Scones- current with fresh cream AND jam Sweets- strawberry cheesecake square and cookies and cream brownie Quite a few of their menu items were actually the best I've ever had. I had their strawberries and cream tea and it was extraordinary (drank one and a half pots full actually). Their service was some of the best I've ever had aswell - very attentive to every table in there. Always making sure everything was good/you didn't need anything. Their tea house is relaxation at its finest, and their experience is one of true elegance and pampering. Side note- I got lavender candies and elder flower candies on my way out and both are delicious. They're made in Great Britain and the tins they come in are gorgeous. Can't suggest this place enough- would rate a 6/5 if I could!
