Great place to unwind for a while during lunch time or after work. Have enjoyed great foot and neck messages surrounded by a beautiful interior and sitting in the most comfortable fairly wide sofa chair with footrest. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, the massage staff are very skilled and respectful. The atmosphere in the massage room containing the sofa chairs is quiet (no talking which is great) and relaxing. Although the massage sofa chairs are placed next to each other, one doesn’t feel cramped sitting next to someone else. Situated on the top floor of the historical beautiful Queen Victoria Building, this place has high ceilings and a little bit of the stained glass windows that this iconic building has throughout.

Amazing experience! The store is calming and service was efficient and friendly. My massage therapist was skilled, proactively asked me if there were any parts of my body I wanted to focus on, and would check in with me throughout the massage. Their services are decently priced as well. Will definitely come back!

It was a great experience during my short trip to Sydney from Perth. After the massage, all my tiredness was gone. The environment was very peaceful and quiet, making it deeply relaxing. Nene was very professional. I really enjoyed the experience with my friend and will definitely come back when I visit Sydney again. 🌿

I’ve been to Queen SPA so many times — it’s just super relaxing here. Nomi is amazing! This time I did a neck, shoulder & back massage plus a facial, and wow, I felt totally relaxed afterward. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to Queen Spa many times and it never disappoints! The service is absolutely amazing — the staff are professional, friendly, and always make me feel relaxed and well taken care of. The prices are very reasonable, and the overall value is unbeatable. The environment is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, plus the location is super convenient.
