JJ and Dr. Kefer are wonderful. My daughter looks forward to her appointments and they are relaxed with full time and attention for whatever is needed. We love SPP! The providers and staff are wonderful! I have brought my 9 month old here since he was born and have received excellent care and support. We have always been able to get a same-day sick visit (at either the QV or Broad Street location) or quickly reach a provider after hours. We love JJ and Dr. Parker! We've been going to this location since my daughter was a couple days old (she's now 18 months) and have seen a few pediatricians, though we consistently see Dr. Parker and he's been great. He provides all the information we need, is willing to answer any questions we have, and he's got a wonderful bedside manner. JJ is also the best front desk person! He's so friendly and helpful, we always look forward to seeing him in the office.
