I recently purchased a Daikin mini-split air conditioner from Quick Cool and had it installed in my condo. Andrey was amazing from start to finish. He was very courteous, professional and thorough in explaining every step of the process in layman's terms that I could understand. He handled all the details ... including permits, communicating with city inspectors and coordinating the necessary licensed trades people etc. All I had to do was turn the unit on and enjoy a nice cool air-conditioned condo. I would highly recommend using Quick Cool for all your heating and cooling services. I wasn't disappointed and you won't be either.

Quickcool’s Andrey & Milo provided outstanding service in the installation of a second heat pump in our older apartment unit in 2024. Working with Newtech electrical, they came up with a creative solution for dealing with the low capacity of our electrical panel. The solution was approved both by our strata counsel, and by the city permitting department. Installation work was top-notch with their meticulous attention to detail. Price was more reasonable than quotes that I got from other companies who came up with an impractical approach to the electrical capacity issue. We spent a lot of time trying to choose the best service for our new apartment AC installation after hearing a lot of scary stories from our friends about their bad experiences with different installers. From the first conversation with Andrey we knew we will go with Quick cool. Andrey is very knowledgeable about HVAC in general, but also about the whole lines of available products and ready to recommend the ones that exactly fit our needs. He was patient to explain the whole installation process to us and work with us to ensure we are happy with the final result. Our project was more complex since we wanted to install 4 AC units in the apartment in the high rise and didn't want to see the pipes going along the walls. Andrey spent ample time planning the best location for pipe installation, paying attention to every detail and analyzing with us where air flow would go so we can have consistent temperature everywhere in the room, including along large windows. He was also very helpful with writing documents and providing design document for our building's strata and thanks to his assistance we got swift approval. The work he delivered was impecable, right on time and within the budget. Andrey and his team were fast, reliable, very respectful of our place and privacy and they made sure to clean up after everything they have done. We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out! I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrey and his team to everyone!
