I should have sent this review in months ago! I was here I think sometime in September, got locked out while vacuuming. Derrick and the young Lady( I’m so sorry I forgot her name) were AMAZING! Even in the heat they were patient and kind. They didn’t have to help me with my locked doors but they did. It’s much appreciated 💜

UPDATE: The team here is still amazing! I had the unfortunate experience of locking myself out while vacuuming. Was expecting to have to uber home for my backup key while using another team members phone to call my husband. Not long after I got back to my car an associate came out with the tools needed to unlock my car from the outside. I can’t shout them out enough; was not expecting them to be able to assist. The associate was patient and understanding during the process. In the moment I forgot to catch his name but I hope he eventually sees this! That aside the machinery is still working great; haven’t had a wash yet where I felt like I needed to re-wash it afterwards. Super excited for this location; utilized their services during their Grand opening week! Used to frequent Super Star car wash all the time but the location I utilized did not meet my standards so had been looking for somewhere better. Quick Quack so far my favorite; signed up for their membership. Their staff were all very professional and friendly; from the cashier to the team members stationed in the vacuum area. Everything was being kept clean and you could tell they were taking care with their facilities. Hope they stick around and that the quality stays consistent.

James and Elise were very helpful during my visit at this car wash. The facility is new and clean and there are plenty of vacuums and microfiber cloths to use. I 100% recommend this place!

I first visited this place during their grand opening and the service seemed good, so I signed up for a membership for myself and my girlfriend’s cars. However, on my last visit, my windshield was cracked. I reported it to the front office, and they gave me an incident ticket, assuring me that a manager would call. I never received a call. When I went back today to follow up, I was told that no manager has been at the location yet and that once one comes, I would get a call. This shows how little they care about their customers. They take your money, provide poor service, and don’t take responsibility when they cause damage. Very disappointing experience with both their service and customer support.

Staff super friendly and you can’t pass up their promotions! Equipment is extremely reliable, vacuums, etc. I was extremely impressed to see staff helping out with something as simple as the drying process w/ a microfiber at hand, immediately coming out of a wash. Great first impression, signed up for the premium package 👍🏼
