Kaylie was the first person who showed me what quick quack car wash was really about. She's most likely the best employee to grace this location and I would make a great effort to ensure she stays.

Got a great car wash with my membership. There’s just something about having a clean car; a simple thing. Brings a happy feeling, feels like my car is brand new even if I hear little clunks here and there. To top it off, Brandon the nice young employee was respectful and kindly tried to sell me another product. I almost bought it! lol! Keep up the great work, Brandon!

35th Avenue in Greenway, Phoenix, Arizona. The worst experience I ever had was on a Sunday. Only two towels were in the dry-off area, so I had to go down and get more. I told the attendant about the oil, but they did nothing.

Well, I have the top unlimited membership and I went through today and while drying my van off I noticed that the passenger side brushes had something in them and scratched up the top of my door. I showed the attendant so hopefully they can fix the wash and not damage more cars. I'm not holding my breath for anyone to reach out.
