I will be looking for a different car wash. I am tired of the up-sell every time you pull in for a wash. Today, I had to say no 3 times and the guy still tried to get me to buy a several hundred dollar plan. He told me I didn't care about my vehicles. All I wanted was a simple car wash!

It’s a red flag when I can see an attendant approaching and immediately feel dread because I know an aggressive sales pitch is coming. I explicitly and politely declined assistance, yet your staff refused to back off, escalating to the point of harassment over an 'unlimited plan.' This isn't just one bad employee; looking at your other reviews, it’s clear this is a systemic lack of respect for customers. 'No' means 'no.' Your trackless system and vacuums aren't enough to make up for a wash that doesn't clean and a staff that doesn't understand professional boundaries. If you actually value your reputation, stop the predatory sales tactics immediately.

I pulled into this car wash to buy a premium car wash for $22. Once I inserted my card to pay the screen displayed please wait. That gave time for the high pressure immature kid to come over and apply an extreme amount of pressure to rope me into their unlimited plan. He was leaning on my car until I finally demanded my money back. What a flip’n scamming way to do business. All I wanted to do is get my car washed. Beware of this business because if you sign up, good luck canceling. It will cost you 2 to 3 more months of frustration… Try Grand Avenue Car Wash. They are a reputable business with never any pressure to buy unlimited car washes. I do not work for them, I just appreciate them.
