Alex from Quick Tech KC is 1st rate in his experience, knowledge, abilities, efficiency and adeptness. My experience was 6 to 7 stars out of 5 possible stars. You have any kind of problem, issue or just don’t know what to do? Quick Tech KC is your best prospect of getting the problem solved quickly and done rightly and for a fair even dare I say lower price than any of the old guard geeks and others out there. If ever in need of computer tech assistance again I’ll use Quick Tech KC again and look forward to a job very well done. A+

Awesome service and experience!! Great communication skills, extremely friendly, and patient. I dropped off my MacBook Air 13” for a screen replacement and even though it was a bit difficult, they remained communicative and persistent with the process. They came to me to pick up and drop off the laptop so I didn’t have to leave my home at all. My Mac is now working great and I’m so thankful! Would recommend to anyone I know 100%!!

Allex is very personable, very knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. However, what I appreciated most was his perseverance in getting my computer up and running with the demands I put on him. He had to return twice more to finally accomplish all my requirements for the agreed on fixed price and he never asked for any more funds. I would highly recommend Allex for any of your tech needs whether hardware or software.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alex at Quick Tech KC on many complex/esoteric hardware and network challenges. Each time he brought his deep expertise and experience to quickly provide long term solutions. My most recent project (in progress) was the design and assembly of a mini-rack for organizing devices (home automation, Raspberry Pi cluster, mobile HF radio, etc). Quick Tech proposed and implemented a novel PoE solution that stabilized power distribution. Thanks Quick Tech KC!!
