Great overall experience with getting our HVAC system looked at. We'd had issues with the AC, and they were quick with getting out to us and diagnosing the issue. Once they confirmed the tech was on the way, they sent a text with the tech's photo and info. Love that added layer of security. The tech was super professional and thorough in explaining the issue he found. As soon as that part was replaced, everything was back to working properly. The little details make the difference, and I couldn't ask for a better experience when having to get something fixed.

Really appreciate the thorough work done by Ray Romero of Legacy Plumbing! We called him out to change our filter, but he found that our surge protectors were very old and not working so we had him replace those. I wouldn’t have known this without his inspection.
