Every year. It gets worse. NO Communication for the most part from the personnel . My paper work turned in on 4/15/ 24. It’s. Now 8/10/25 The paperwork is not done yet! Very poor customer service and lack luster response by their representative. I’m highly disappointed and disappointed.! There office is closed often. And phone calls are mostly NOT returned. PLEASE save your time and energy by going elsewhere. I’m still waiting to get my paperwork. I run a small business and this is HORRIBLE and SUCKS ! It is the WORST case scenario. Please use caution if you’re thinking of using this company !!!

When I decided to stop utilizing a certain "infamous tax prep company", I began using the "good folks" my father had used since I was a child. Quigley's tax pros are "seasoned" in the business which, to me, means they're knowledgeable, trustworthy, empathetic, & affordable. Unlike the company I'd used for way too many years. No more getting ripped off!! YAYYYYY!!/

Been bringing my taxes to Quigley almost 30 years. Never an issue. Fast, accurate and friendly. Reasonable prices. The good guys.
