I cancelled my membership online and it didn't go through. Realized I got charged again and cancelled a second time. I contacted customer service for a refund and all they would tell me is "it's against our policy to do refunds on membership plans". So I will be disputing the charge and they lose a customer.

One of the best car washes I've tried in CA. Prices not bad, the machines clean your car very well. They also have vacuums with a lot of spaces so you're never waiting for one.

After speaking to Roger I feel better that a new brush to clean better is on order. He was wonderful & explained to have the first person come to your car before being put on the move forward rollers. Not enough time to even wash bugs, license plate or windshield before moving forward. The back is always cleaned. Maybe a guy on each side to get front of car. If it doesn’t improve, I will cancel my membership. I’ve purchased the top package.

I found out about the free wash opportunity on their website and decided to give it a try. Raceway Express Car Wash has great facilities and takes care of everything carefully. However, the blower in the tunnel wasn't strong enough, so my car still had some water spots when I drove out. They also provide a free vacuum with a high-pressure nozzle, which made the experience even better. It helped me dry the remaining water, even in tricky spots. Additionally, they provide free wet towels, which are cleaned thoroughly and feel just like new. The staff are very nice, making it a good experience overall. I highly recommend everyone try it for a perfect experience.

2nd time using this place and their machines don't wash correctly. Both times I paid for tire shine. The first time only 3 tires had shine and the second time no tires recieved the shine I paid for. The 2nd wash still left mud on my fenders and bugs on my windshield and front bumper. To top it off 3 guy were in the office one was sitting on the countertop and the other two were fighting over who was going to take my payment. They both looked like they didn't want to their job. They seemed more concerned about their conversation and not their customer. I called to address my concerns but the system claimed they were experiencing high call volumes which is hard to believe considering theh were all standing around.
