If I could give it a zero I would. Machines chipped at my paint on the hood, and back part of my car wasn't even cleaned. I had to take off the dirt left on it myself. Vacuums don't work well either. This place went downhill; I do not recommend this place anymore.

Sub par carwash. Low pressure on vaccums. Back of the suv wasn't cleaned or brushed at all. Cars leaving including mine were not dry as blowers left them wet and large spinning towel didn't touch until the top of the windshield. 2 stars as staff was friendly, just low service on auto wash. Carwash seems to be needing a service and maintenance..

The spinning brushes didn't even touch the whole passenger side of my car. They didn't move inward, just stayed in their neutral position. My car still looked grimy afterwards. I'm from out of town, and was passing through so didn't have time to stop amd complain. I would not use this car wash again. The water they use smells like sewer water, which is disgusting. And their machine pulled off the passenger side of my bumper!!! It was dragging when we came out. Had to clip it back in place. Luckily it was completely ruined! If you are a local, I would NOT make this your regular place. Not worth the cost, and it could damage your car!

This ride and shine location is specifically for slow and mentally challenged people. I was in a long line and had to reverse out of the lane. At first I was frustrated, until I saw multiple people at the payment station and thought to myself, “oh these people are slow”. And realized I couldn’t go to this one. All though I sat for 15 minutes and had to leave because I’m not mentally challenged (even though I’m lowkey dumb), it is really nice that ride and shine offers a location specifically for the mentally handicapped people in our community.

Machines are horrible. If you have bugs in your front. Go to Clovis and Tulare They are the best the guys here. Also, I asked him for a pressure wash and they couldn’t even do it right two times. I went in and I asked him for a pressure wash. They couldn’t even clean out bugs with pressure wash the other guys. I asked him in one time they cleaned it out. These guys are laughing at me because I’m asking them to takeoff the bugs. I cannot see if there’s bugs on my window. I have kids and I have to keep my kids safe.
