I'm torn. My daughter had her first haircut but Sara on Sunday and it's very uneven. I didn't realize it was uneven until we got home. Sara put a curl enhancer cream in her hair and I realized later that night it was uneven. My daughter was calm and enjoyed her time. Including her mani. Update 3/15: Rafi's reached out after my last review and profusely apologized for the uneven haircut and we set an appointment. Unfortunately due to illness, we had to reschedule a month after our initial cut. This time around we had Sylivia cut my daughters hair and it came out PERFECT!! Our last stylist from the previous visit did not cut her hair my daughters hair in sections. Sylvia did, took her time, rechecked and checked in with me, braided her hair. Thank you very much for taking the time to reach out and also wish us well wishes while we recovered from our illnesses. This is the type of business I love. They made it right, kept in constant communication and we most definitely will be back.

Just moved to the area and I got both of my boys ages two and three haircuts here. They are super patient and work well with kids you don’t get that everywhere. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I will be returning making this my regular spot to cut both of my son‘s hairs. Thank you a lot !

Extraordinary calm and caring demeanor of the whole staff put my anxious son at ease. The best of 7 different toddler salons that we have frequented. We will definitely be going back.

Had a great experience. My 4 yo son and 2 yo daughter had so much fun with their second and first haircuts, respectively. The staff was so welcoming, patient, and friendly. The kids got to choose a car/seat and a show to watch which made them feel special. My daughter got a special hair do and her nails done. This is far more than just a haircut. Raffi's makes it a fun experience for the kiddos. Will be back. Thanks!
