I would give a ZERO !!!!! Sorry excuse of business!!!! Made a reservation back in April and days later that they didn’t have it available….. I decided to give them another chance by reservation a house for Halloween and what do you know, 5 days later they responded (n that’s just because I sent them a 2nd email asking about the reservation) well, they email back saying the house isn’t available….. I went on the page and they have alot of houses available for Halloween! I guess they’re just lazy or simply don’t care for business!!!!! I don’t even know how they have 4.6 rating when they SUCK

LIFESAVER RAINBOW CASTLE! Order a bounce house with a different company , find out coming out of work the bounce house was a no show , had my son waiting 4 hours even with a deposit given!! At this point I’m trying to finding a last minute replacement ..so negotiating a price was out of the question. As a single mom , you want your little ones to be happy and Juan from RAINBOW CASTLE made that happen!! Not even an hour wait, bounce house was there. Very professional and fast set up, they even provided the blue tarp , that was secured with the bounce house to ground , showing RAINBOW CASTLES care for your child’s safety . RAINBOW CASTLE is reliable, honest and operates with integrity. I recommend them to anyone with an upcoming event ! Ask for Juan! (:

I rented a bounce castle for my grandson's 2nd Birthday! What a great time these kids had! The reservation was really easy, seamless. They required a small deposit, and the rental was incredibly reasonable. The gent that dropped off and picked up the castle was friendly, professional, and swift. You folks knocked this one out of the park. I'm telling all my friends! 5/5! Well done. We'll be back! 👏🏽🎉

Rainbow Castle on Culebra rented us a huge water slide for our babies second birthday party. They were absolutely fantastic! From communication to dropoff, complete set up and haul away they were great. We are very satisfied with their services! Will use again! Very affordable private inflatable rental service with total set up and haul away service by a polite and respectful team. Thank you!

Very great prices and service! They showed up the day before our party to bring and set up the inflatable at no extra charge, we had a water slide. The kids loved it! I will be using there services in the future again. Thank you and keep up the great work.
