We had an excellent experience with Raleigh Discount Furniture! Our salesperson was helpful without interrupting us as we shopped: available to answer questions as needed but didn’t nag us. The purchase itself was simple and straightforward. Delivery was subcontracted to a couple of delightful young men who did an excellent job. Unfortunately there was a small issue with a portion of the sofa, but with just a few pictures and a little information RDF offered to send another contacted vendor to make the repair. He was also kind and efficient —and our sectional is now totally connected and looks fantastic! What incredible customer service! Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with our new sectional. It’s a beautifully constructed piece made in the USA. And we are SO GLAD we made the purchase through Raleigh Discount Furniture! Couldn’t recommend them more.

I enjoyed shopping at Raleigh Discount Furniture and was given wonderful customer service by Colleen Kelly! She scheduled my delivery to happen without having me altering my work schedule. The delivery team was careful when they unloaded and set up my furniture! They also communicated with me and followed through with the delivery time window.

I was able to score a great deal on the lovely leather Emilia sectional by Ashley Furniture.. that would have cost me 50% more up the road at their store. The Team was very responsive (but not pushy) and the delivery crew were very professional. Will return here for our future furniture needs.

I had an awesome experience at Raleigh Discount Furniture!! First off, the affordability and the capability of fulfilling my order went well beyond what I had anticipated. I wanted a lift up coffee table and a tv stand with a fire place and Ronnie in no time was able to find the pieces I was requesting. I also found a beautiful bed set and super comfortable mattress that I am thrilled with. They are beautiful pieces of furniture and I am looking forward to enjoying them. Ronnie provided an environment that was not pushy, allowed to me to take my time to explore my options, and Ronnie himself was informative and knowledgable about the furniture they had to offer. Should I need furniture in the future Raleigh Discount Furniture will be go to store. Thank you again Ronnie and team!!
