Rama Thai is my tried and true massage spot in San Diego! My friend and I went yesterday, I had Star and she had Iris. I had my first massage with Star a few years ago and have always asked for her since. Whenever I come back to San Diego, I have to make a stop at Rama Thai for Star. She never fails to work her magic. My friend said that Iris was amazing and gave her the best massage she’s had in a while. Why I recommend Rama Thai: 1. Friendly and thoughtful staff 2. Private rooms that are clean and cozy 3. Good parking! 4. Easy to book (call or online). Unlike most places, they accommodate same-day appointments. Whenever we call, they’re able to see us right away or within the next few hours.

Scheduling was incredibly easy with quick phone responses, dedicated parking makes arrival stress-free, and check-in was smooth and welcoming. The space is clean, private, and thoughtfully designed, with relaxing holistic scents that immediately put you at ease. Service: Thai massage with hot stone add-on — $90. My therapist was warm, attentive, and respectful, checking in about comfort and pressure while still allowing me the space to fully relax without unnecessary conversation. The stretching was gentle and guided, and the combination of oils, hot towels, and technique made me feel completely cared for from start to finish. I’m grateful for such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking authentic, mindful Thai bodywork. I’ve visited Rama Thai Massage twice now, and both experiences were Outstanding. The staff are warm, professional, and truly attentive. They focused on my tension areas with care and precision. The atmosphere is calming, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a quality massage experience to try them out. You won’t be disappointed. I Have a great experience at Rama Tahi massage Everytime I go they are great at bodywork, working with a combination of Deep Tissue, massage, and Yoga. The intelligence in relation to your body is amazing and honestly next level. I really enjoyed my experience here everytime I go. They helped me with my shoulder back and kneck pain. They have helped me with foot pain. The improvement to your health is definitely worth checking this place out. I really enjoy the offer of CBD balm as well to help relax my tense muscles. If I could afford it I would come here two times a week. For now I'll be coming back once a month, I have been here 7 times. I recommend you try it for yourself and you will see just how Amazing the people at Rama are. The rooms are nice too relaxing music, a Thai style massage table.
