UPDATE: I spoke with a recruiter today 12/11/23 named Alex & he was extremely helpful & very professional. Now THIS is the Ranstad I remember working with- thorough, professional, and efficient! Looking forward to this new journey & hopeful to land a role soon. ————————————————————— I worked with Randstad years ago (around 2012-2015) and they were great, however, in more recent times I cannot say the same. Between September 2023-current, I've called roughly 7x and never once got a live person on the line nor has anyone ever called me back. I have applied to a few positions with them and was prompted to schedule an interview via their chatbot. Each interview was randomly CANCELLED THE DAY OF literally hours before the scheduled meeting time. Best wishes to all of you on the job market.

Haley and Justin are awesome. Super nice. They found me a job that was a great fit for me. So far it’s going great. Never have I had an agency care, listened to or focused on what I needed. Randstad is by far... the best agency I’ve ever gone through.

Haley has been exceptionally responsive with every request or demand that we have needed and its very helpful especially in the busy seasons. They will usually have someone set up for us within a few days request, and it only takes a few days because they have to do screening and interviews to make sure they are a right fit to your company's needs.
