This guy is awesome! He did a great job in a short amount of time. I had an important meeting in the morning, and he managed to fix my screen within just 2-3 hours and handed it over to us by late night. Really impressed with his dedication and efficiency!"

Shane went above and beyond for me, and at the last minute too. The business might be unorthodox, with his mobile style, but it absolutely worked for me. I like to think of myself as computer savvy, and he fixed a Windows issue that I couldn't solve after 5 days of Googling, YouTube videos, and reading obscure forums. I would recommend Rapid Digital PC to anyone.

Definitely the place to go to when you're downtown as a visitor with no car and have to get your laptop fixed in a hurry, even if it's just to replace a charger. Excellent technical and personable service at a reasonable price. Shane is a busy entrepreneur who works out of his apartment so best to call ahead and leave a message. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Shane. He was able to replace my hard drive on my laptop within 24 hours and get me back up and running. HIs work and service are amazing, and he even dropped it off to my house when it was finished. I would definitely recommend Shane for any computer repairs you have, and I would absolutely use his services again in the future!

Awesome Service! He's super knowledgeable and straightforward about what the problem is and what it will take to fix it. He showed masterful skill in carefully taking apart my laptop, which I'm sure would have broken or cracked had I taken it to the Geek Squad. Great Fair pricing. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the job that Shane did!
