I went there to get my screen replaced today (left it on top of my car like an idiot) Anyhow the man I dealt with was very kind, knowledgeable, and they fixed it within 2 hours! Paid 263 total. A small price to pay for 15 years worth of photos. VERY SATISFIED 😊

I took my phone here to get a battery and back glass replacement (the back glass had one crack down the back). They said they would call me in 2 hours. That never happened. So at about 3 hours I called and they said “we can’t get the battery out me and my boss tried so we marked it un repairable. So im already confused like tech repair shop can’t get a battery out of an iPhone? I was able to do it. But not the worse part. Go to pick up said “unrepairbale phone” and it is now hang on by a thread. Literally! Totally shattered on the back and told get a replacement. I’d pick a different location for sure! Pictures is what they handed me back. Mind you it had one one crack down the back but was not hanging apart and shattered like I received it back. UBreakiFix more like ubreak I break more 🙄

My review doesn't reflect Jordan, I think they’re a very kind employee and seems to know exactly what they’re doing. I give Jordan 5 stars. My review reflects more-so on what seems to be a lack of support in staffing. Sparing you the back and forth details, it took over a month for me to receive answers about my laptop. From reading other reviews, I do not believe that this issue is pointed at any employee Picking up my laptop today, there was several people waiting in line and only one person available to not only do quick repairs but also answer the phone while also helping customers at the desk. There needs to be more support for the employees at this location. I could not imagine the stress the employee is under. I would only go back in the future if it seems that the staffing issue is under control. Until then, I think I’ll go elsewhere.

Took phone in for simple back glass replacement took over 7 hrs for them to brick my phone not replace the glass when I brought in a working phone and left with a non working still crack phone zero stars do better
