When I first contacted Universal back in February 2025 I was unsure about the process of using a buyers agent. People kept telling me just do your own research, you can do it yourself, they don't make a difference. Kylee was extremely patient and informative during this near 7 month time period before I decided to pull the trigger and use Universal. Once my brief had been established, potential properties were sent with extremely detailed overviews providing everything I could possibly want to know. This made picking and choosing what I wanted to inspect extremely easy, and someone from the team accompanied me at each inspection identifying any potential issues with the property. After several inspection in on market homes and seeing the number of people making offers and the price sky rocket I was unsure of what I would be able to purchase. This is when the team really hit the nail on the head presenting an off market property that fit my brief perfectly. We made an offer the same day and after a little waiting for the seller the second offer presented was accepted. Kylee and Nicole made this process extremely easy ensuring my emotions were kept out of the deal and securing an amazing price for the property. If anyone was to ask me about using a buyers agent specifically Universal I would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future. Kylee was extremely professional, knowledgeable, provided clarity around pricing, removed my emotions from the buying process and streamlined everything. I am certain I would not have been able to purchase a property of the same quality in the same location without Universal.

Darren and his team were brilliant to work with from start to finish. Darren created an exact picture of the coastal apartment I was looking for and found it within the first week. The personal touch of doing the inspections for me saved me so much time and I truly valued the order he prioritised the apartments in after the inspections.
