Love my couch from this place. Caught a great sale and can’t tell you how many compliments we’ve gotten from friends and family. The sales guy was so helpful and it was delivered in 3 days. I will say, it’s definitely better to just come in the store to purchase. My sister tried to order the same couch but smaller online and she never heard from anyone on delivery. Called multiple lines and left voice mails with no response. So, we went back to this store and team got it sorted immediately. Again, it’ll be delivered in just days!

We bought a new king size mattress with the help of Jaime who made the process relaxed and easy. The delivery of our new mattress and removal of our old mattress was also really quick and simple. We found their pricing, trial period, and warranty options to be very reasonable. Just an overall pleasant experience. We will continue to use Raymour & Flanigan for our furniture needs in the future.

I'll be honest, I hate going into these kind of stores because of the high pressure sales tactics. I was pleasantly surprise when I went to Raymour on Christopher Columbus Blvd. Not only was the experience low pressure, my sales representative, John Locke, made the process so easy. The professionalism and patience that I experienced was top notch. After picking out a 3 piece bedroom set, a mattress, and 3 pieces for a living room, we were able to pay and set up delivery easily. I would recommend people go to this store strictly to deal with John if you need furniture.

Great selection, and the salesperson (John Lockee) worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. John was fantastic: laid back, knowledgeable, charismatic. The furniture is high quality and customizable and can accommodate all kinds of budgets. Will highly consider R&F for future furniture needs.

Quality customer service. Finding a couch was a breeze. Max and frank made our experience superb, we got an amazing price on our new furniture. I’ll be adding a photo once it arrives on Thursday. Updated with my new furniture. Omg!!! Perfection.
