I started with the 6-week challenge in November, and it was a great experience! Greg and Robert are both great motivators, and the gym has an incredibly welcoming environment from both the coaches and the members. I’ve continued on with my training since then and have begun to love exercise again.
Love Reactive training, love the variety of exercises and the fact that they can be tailored to my abilities. Robert & Greg make it super easy, comfortable and they always encourage me at every step. A lovely environment and I would recommend all to join, you will be made to feel part of the team very quickly. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me ☺️.
Before joining this gym, I honestly had no idea what to expect. I didn’t know much about workouts or where to begin. But after joining, everything changed in the best way. I’ve started enjoying every single session, and now I find myself excited and waiting for class each day. The coaches are truly wonderful—so caring, attentive, and focused on each person. They always make sure we’re doing our workouts properly and safely, and they encourage us in such a positive way. The run club is another beautiful part of this gym. It’s fun, motivating, and brings everyone together. But what makes this place truly special is the feeling of family. It’s not just a gym—it’s a warm, supportive community where everyone lifts each other up. You feel seen, cared for, and inspired every day. I genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend this gym. 💛
Such a great gym. It’s always a little intimidating stepping out of your comfort zone and into something new, particularly a gym & especially when you’re out of shape. The environment is super inclusive & genuinely very supportive. You’re encouraged along, rather than being pushed & the results, for me, from weight loss to big strength gains have been so good. I joined on the 6 week plan & achieved everything that the coaches (Rab & Gregg) told me from the get go. That was 6 months ago and I’m still loving it. The accountability & gains are of course down to you, but the regular coach check ins keep up the momentum while you’re never left with unanswered questions or that feeling of just being a number, it’s very personal, you really just can’t go wrong. I can’t speak of or recommend this place highly enough.
Done the 6 week challenge at Reactive, well equipped Gym with lovely people who made me feel welcome! Really enjoyed my time here and learned a lot from the trainers especially Greg who’s very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the right way to lift the weights. Really happy with my end results!
